Jette Bang - Portrait of Qatar's Bedouins
March 21, 2025 - January 4, 2026In 1959, Jette Bang documented life among Qatar’s nomadic tribes through photographs and footage for the film Bedouins. This exhibition highlights her unique ability to blend documentary photography with artistic aesthetics.
The result is a collection of intimate images that poetically depict everyday life among the Bedouins. Her timeless works, captured with a classic Rolleiflex camera, beautifully capture culture, nomadic life, and human presence.
